This piece was catalogued for its unique quality. As opposed to being painted over, it looks as though great care has been taken to incorporate the graffiti into a sanctioned, legal mural. This is particularly evident in the fill quality of the letters on the left side of the image ?? the paint has been partially removed to allow viewing of the scenic mural. This hypothesis is supported by the text at the top left of the image which reads: "Part of the 1998 Graffiti Transformation Project Cecil and Harbour Front Community Centres"
